Ingredients:
1 lb. orange roughy
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 med. lemon sliced thinly
1/2 stick butter
Black ground pepper
1 lb. orange roughy

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Wash orange roughy and lay in 9x3x2" baking pan. Spread soup evenly over each piece of fish and top with slices of butter. Then lay lemon slices across tops of fish and add pepper. Bake for 30 minutes in covered pan. Serve with rice.
