Pierogi Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. lasagna noodles
6 c. diced and salted potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 jar cheese whiz
5 large onions
3/4 lb. margarine
1 lb. lasagna noodles

1 jar cheese whiz
5 large onions
3/4 lb. margarine
Directions:
Cook noodles and potatoes. Mash potatoes, cream cheese and cheese whiz together. Slice onions and brown in 1/4 lb. margarine. Add remaining margarine and brown. Put small amount of margarine in the bottom of 13x9" pan. Layer with noodles, potatos, onion and margarine; continue until done. End with onions and margarine. Cover with foil and bake at 300 for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 10-15 minutes.
