Pork Chops with Basil Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tsp. olive oil
6 loin chops
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped basil
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. beef broth
3 Tbs. heavy cream

Directions:
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chops and brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Add basil, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Add broth and return chops to skillet. Cover and simmer 35 to 40 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork. remove chops to serving platter. Cover and keep warm, increase heat to high and reduce liquid to 1/2 cup. Reduce heat, stir in cream and heat through. Serve sauce with chops.
