Pork Chops with Kraut
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. salad oil
6 pork chops
1 can (1 lb.) sauerkraut
1 can (1 lb. 3 oz.) stewed tomatoes
2 Tbs. salad oil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in large heavy skillet. Add chops. Cook over low heat until browned.Remove from skillet. Reserve drippings. Place chops in a shallow baking dish. Spoon sauerkraut over chops. Top with tomatoes and drizzle with drippings over all. Bake 1 hour or until meat is tender.
