Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground pork
2 Tbs. water

1/2 tsp. dried sage
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Pinch ground ginger

Directions:
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Fry in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked throughout.
