1 c. grated boiled potatoes
1/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter for pan, melted

Directions:
Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. Brush a frying pan with butter; fry omelets to a golden brown. Tear into small pieces and sprinkle with sugar.
