Thin round steak, pounded to tenderize. Cut into 2 1/2" x 4" strips.

Directions:
Spread strips of round steak with mustard. Lay slice of bacon (usually about a half of strip) in the center. Add sliced onions. Roll up and tie with sewing thread, so ingredients stay inside. Brown roll-ups on each side. Add water and simmer about 1 hour or more.
