Salmon-Macaroni Pie
Ingredients:
4 beaten eggs
2 15 oz. cans macaroni in cheese sauce
1 16 oz. can salmon, drained, bones and skin removed, and broken into chunks
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
In large bowl stir together beaten eggs, macaroni in cheese sauce, salmon chunks, soft bread crumbs, shredded American cheese, and salt.
Turn mixture into a greased 10" oven going skillet or a 10x6x2" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 till set in center, 40-45 minutes. Cut in wedges or squares; garnish each serving with a parsley sprig, if desired.
Makes 6-8 Servings
