Sausage and Creamed Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage links
1 medium-sized onion
6 to 8 potatoes
2 Tbs. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Directions:
Cut sausage in 1/2" pieces.
Chop the onion fine.
Mix meat and onions together and fry until slightly brown.
Add water to cover and cook 10 minutes.
Cut the potatoes in quarters, add to meat and season.
Cover and cook until vegetables are done.
Make a paste of the flour and milk.
Add to mixture and cook until thickened.
Makes 6-8 servings
