Scalloped Mushrooms
Ingredients:
3 lb. mushrooms
2 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. parsley
1/3 c. butter
4 Tbs. flour
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Stir 1/2 c. cream into flour. Add remaining cream to mushrooms. Stir in flour mixture and cook unyil sauce bubbles.Simmer 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve warm.
