Scalloped Oysters
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1 pt. oysters and liquor
Paprika
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
1 pt. oysters and liquor
Paprika
Directions:
Lightly mix cracker crumbs and butter. Place one half of buttered crumbs in baking dish. Pour oysters and liquor over crumbs. Put remaining crumbs on top of oysters. Do not salt. Use dish or casserole large enough for only one layer, as this becomes soggy if more is used. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle paprika on top.
