Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients:
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. sour cream
1 10 oz. pkg frozen tiny peas
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
3 oz. turkey ham, cut into thin strips
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. sour cream
1 10 oz. pkg frozen tiny peas
8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
3 oz. turkey ham, cut into thin strips
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Mix yogurt and sour cream in small bowl. Place frozen peas in colander. Cook spaghetti using pkg. directions. Drain over peas in colander. Toss spaghetti and peas with turkey ham, pepper and yogurt mixture in serving bowl. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot or cold.
