Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
24 medium mushrooms
4 Tbs. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. chopped garlic
4 Tbs. butter
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine. In a skillet, melt butter; add chopped stems, onion and garlic. Saute 5 minutes or until tender. Combine all ingredients, except mushroom caps, and remove from heat right away. Fill caps with mixture and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 to 17 minutes.
