Ingredients:
1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, cubed

Directions:
Brown sausage; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Add combined eggs, milk and seasonings; cook slowly, stirring until eggs begin to set. Add cream cheese; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until cream cheese is melted and eggs are cooked.
