Tart Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients:
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 Tbs. water
2 Tbs. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. honey
2 c. fresh cranberries

Directions:
Cook cranberries in water until cranberries skins pop (about 8 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold with turkey or ham. Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
