Turkey Loaf
Ingredients:
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbs. snipped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 TBs. chopped fresh basil (optional)
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
SAUCE
1 tbs. low-fat yogurt
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard

SAUCE

Directions:
In a bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, parsley, poultry seasoning, mustard, pepper and basil, if desired. Add turkey and onion; mix well. Press evenly into an ungreased 8x5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until done. Mix sauce ingredients and spread over top before serving.
Makes 5 Servings
