Vegetable Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Small tomato, chopped and seeded

Directions:
In a small bowl, beat eggs. Add the green pepper, milk, onions, salt and pepper. Pour into a lightly greased skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are nearly set. Add the tomato; cook and stir until heated through.
