Ingredients:
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion

Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients; stir in cheese and onion. Spoon into a 1 qt. casserole. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until puffed anmd golden. Serve immediately with crackers. Makes 3 cups.
