Dried Beef Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
16 oz. cream cheese, whipped
2 Tbs. horseradish
2 1/2 oz. dried beef
parsley

Directions:
Blend cheese and horseradish. Form into a ball. Tear dried beef into small pieces. Roll cheese ball in dried beef and garnish with parsley.
