Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
5-6 apples
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Lightly grease and flour a deep-dish, 9" pie plate or coat with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, egg, sugar and salt. Set aside. Thinly slice apples. Arrange apples over the bottom of the pie plate. Sprinkle flour mixture over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour melted butter over all ingredients and bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until browned and crispy on top. Serve warm.
