Applesauce Cake
Ingredients:
1/2c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. canned applesauce
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2c. butter

Directions:
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, creaming till light.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately to creamed mixture with applesauce.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
Turn batter into greased and
lightly floured 13x9x2" pan.
Bakle at 350 about 45 minutes or until done. Cool in pan.
