Asparagus Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cans asparagus, drained
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
4 Tbs. butter
4 hard cooked eggs
2 cans asparagus, drained
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
4 Tbs. butter
4 hard cooked eggs
Directions:
Grease a 2 quart casserole. Put 1 can of asparagus in the bottom. Add 2 cut up eggs. Heat soup and butter until the butter melts. Add 1/2 soup mixture on top of eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat layers. End with cheese on top of soup mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, till cheese is brown.
Makes 4 Servings
