Party Casserole
Ingredients:
3 lb. veal, cubed
Flour
Oil
1 bunch of celery, diced
1 med. onion, diced
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
10 1/2 oz. cream or evaporated milk
1/2 c. blanched almonds
1 can chow mein noodles
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Dredge veal in flour; brown in oil. Remove veal;Add celery and onions and cook until limp and glazed. Return veal to skillet; add remaining ingredients except almonds and noodles. Simmer 1 hour. Put mixture in buttered casserole; top with noodles and sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
