Ingredients:
6 eggs
8 slices bread, crusts removed
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. ham, chipped beef, or bacon, cooked and cut in small pieces

Directions:
Beat eggs, salt and milk, as for scrambled eggs. Tear bread and add to egg mixture. Add cheese and meat. Put into greased 9x13" pan. Cover and let sit overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
