Baked Fish
Ingredients:
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 Tbs. butter, melted
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 lb. fish fillets

1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
Directions:
If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 or 6 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Mix butter, lemon juice and onion. Dip fish into margarine mixture; arrange in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2". Pour remaining butter mixture over fish. Cook uncovered in 350 oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
