Baked Mushroom Fettuccine
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbs. butter, melted
1 (15 oz.0 carton ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Set aside. Combine cheeses and eggs; set aside. Cook fettuccine according to pkg. directions; drain. Combine fettuccine, mushrooms and cheeses. Pour mixture into a greased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
