Baked Haddock
Ingredients:
1 lb. haddock fillets
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 egg whites
1/3 c. commercial tartar sauce
1/4 c. grtated onion
1 lb. haddock fillets

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 c. grtated onion
Directions:
Place fillets in a lightly greased 15x10x1" jellyroll pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Beat egg whites at high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold tartar sauce and onion into beaten egg white. Spoon evenly over fillets. Bake, uncovered, at 300 for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
