Basic Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce, divided
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbs dried minced onion flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce, divided

1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Copmbine ground beef, 1/2 c. tomato sauce, and next 5 ingredients; mix well. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Combine remaining tomato sauce and last 2 ingredients; stir well. Pour over meat loaf and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Makes 6 Servings
