Beef Stroganoff


1 lb. thinly sliced sirloin
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup (family size)
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbs. Worcestershire suuce
12oz. egg noodles


Cut beef into small pieces; fry in pan on medium. Add onion and mushrooms with Worcestershire sauce. Cook until beef is thoroughly cooked. Boil egg noodles. Add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream to beef, Let simmer on low for 10 min. Add egg noodles.Sauce thickens upon standing. This recipe takes 1/2 hour.
