Roast Beef Sandwiches
Ingredients:
3 lbs. boneless beef chuck roast
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger

Directions:
Cut beef into thin slices and place in crock. Combine soy, brown sugar, salt and ginger and pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
