Beer Battered Halibut
Ingredients:
2 cups Pilsener Beer
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 tbs. Mustard
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tsp. garlic
1 egg white
4 oz. halibut
Cooking oil

Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup flour, baking powder, salt, mustard and garlic together; whip egg white until fluffy. Mix beer into flour mixture. Fold in egg whites and keep chilled. Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Coat halibut with flour. Dip in batter. Fry fish approximately 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
