Corned Beef and Beer
Ingredients:
7 potatoes, cut in pieces
3 onions, cut in pieces
1 c. sliced carrots
1 4 lb. corned beef
1 c. beer

Directions:
Place vegetables in bottom of crock pot. Place meat on top of vegetables. Pour beer over all. Cover and cook for about 10 hours or till done. Serve meat over vegetables.
