Berry Shortcakes
Ingredients:
1 c. flour
2 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1 Tbs. butter
1/3 c. milk
Strawberry slices
Sour cream

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients; cut in cream cheese and butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add milk, mixing just until moistened. On lightly floured surface, knead dough 5 times. Shape into two balls; flatten on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Split shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and sour cream.
