Blackberry- Apple Pie
Ingredients:
Pastry for 2-crust pie
3 c. blackberries
1 c. thinly sliced green apples
2 1/2 to 3 Tbs. quick-cooking tapioca
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbs. butter

Directions:
In large bowl, combine berries, apples, tapioca, sugar and cinnamon, mixing well. Turn into pastry-lined 9" pie pan. Cover with top crust, flute and vent. Bake at 375 until apples are tender and crust is golden brown.
Makes 6-8 Servings
