Sour Cream Apple Pie
Ingredients:
Mix together:
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. flour
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Pour over top of sliced fresh apples or peaches (enough to fill an unbaked pie shell). Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
Topping:
Cream together:
1/3 stick butter, softened
1/2 c/ brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
Put on top of baked pie and return to oven until topping melts.
