Blackberry Cobbler
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. fresh blackberries
Cinnamon, optional

Directions:
Pour butter into an 11x7x1 1/2" baking dish; Set aside. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients (cinnamon, if desired); stir well. add milk and vanilla; stir until blended. Spoon batter into dish (do not stir). Sprinkle with blackberries (do not stir). Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 40-45 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
