Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

1 bunch of broccoli
12 strips of bacon
1 med. red onion
1 c. of raisins
1 c. of sunflower seeds
1 c. of mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbs. vinegar

Directions:

Cut the florets of the broccoli into bite size pieces.
Fry the bacon crumble it.
Dice the onion.
Add the raisins and sunflower seeds.
Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl. Allow the dressing to marinate, it won't taste good at first. Pour on top. Mix well. Chill for a few hours or overnight.

Substitution notes:
You can use turkey bacon, reduced calorie mayo and unsalted sunflower seeds. It will taste just as good either way.
