Strawberry Jello Salad
Ingredients:
Mix and spread in 13x9 inch pan
2 c. crushed pretzels
2 Tbs. sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
Bake for 7 minutes at 400 degrees and cool con
Mix and put on pretzel crust, covering all edges and making a seal.
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 (4oz.) container Cool Whip
Mix and cool:
1 large pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. hot water
Add:
2 (10 oz.) or 1 (16 0z.) pkg. strawberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (drained)
Gently spoon on top of cream cheese mixture. Cool until set.
