Brussel Sprouts with Prosciutto
Ingredients:
2 c. brussel sprouts
1 tsp. peanut oil
1/4 c. Prosciutto ham, minced
1 garlic clove, chopped
Salt and pepper
2 c. brussel sprouts
1 tsp. peanut oil
1/4 c. Prosciutto ham, minced

Directions:
In a saucepan filled with lightly salted boiling water, blanch brussel sprouts 5 minutes or so. Drain. Slice brussel sprouts in half. In a frying pan, heat oil. While stirring, cook Prosciutto 3 minutes or so. Add russel sprouts and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, mixing well. Continue cooking 3 minutes. Serve.
