Bull Burgers
Ingredients:
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

1 lb. ground beef
2 hard-cooked eggs
Chili sauce

Directions:
In bowl combine bread crumbs, milk, onion salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties. 3/4" thick. Cut eggs in half lenghtwise. Press 1 egg half, cut side up, into each meat patty. Place in 8x8x2" baking pan. Cover. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile in small saucepan heat chili sauce. Serve with burgers.
