Ingredients:
1 qt. carrots
1 can mushroom soup
1 can French fried onion rings
1 c. Velveta cheese
1 qt. carrots

Directions:
Cook carrots. In saucepan, mix carrot juice, soup and cheese until cheese melts. Put carrots in casserole, pour over sauce and sprinkle onion rings on top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
