Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
2 (12 oz.) cans Niblets corn, drained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 stick butter
2 c. cooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar pimento, chopped
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish (except cheese). Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly. When almost done, top with grated cheese.
