Carrot-Celery Casserole
Ingredients:
2 c. cooked sliced carrots
2 c. cooked chopped celery
1 can cream of celery soup mixed with 2 Tbs. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
1 Tbs. butter
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Combine carrots, celery, soup ans cheese and place in a buttered casserole. Mix butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes to brown crumbs.
