Ingredients:
1 loaf unsliced white bread, cut in 1" cubes
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese (orange color)
1/2 lb. butter
2 egg whites, beaten stiffly

Directions:
Melt cheeses and butter, stirring until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Coat bread cubes with cheese mixture, shaking off excess. Put on tray; refrigerate overnight or they can be frozen before baking. Bake at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve warm.
