Onion Cheese Bread
Ingredients:
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 Tbs melted butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 beaten egg

2 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 Tbs melted butter
Directions:
Cook onions in a small amount of butter until tender but not brown. Set aside. Combine egg and milk. Add to biscuit mix, stirring until just moistened. Add onion, parsley and half the cheese. Spread dough in 8" round cake pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
