Cheese Potatoes
Ingredients:
3 Tbs. butter
6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet. Cook potatoes until tender and lightly browned. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour milk over all; cook gently until milk is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
