Chicken Cheese Roll Ups
Ingredients:
3 large chicken breasts, boned and split
8 oz. whipped cream cheese with chives
1 Tbs. butter
6 slices bacon

Directions:
Pound the breasts to 1/2" thickness. Spread each one with 3 tsp. cheese, dot with 1/2 tsp. butter. Fold end over filling. Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each rollup and secure with a toothpick. Place seam side down in a shallow baking dish.Bake on top rack at 400 for 40 minutes. Broil for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Makes 6 Servings
