Cherry Pound Cake
Ingredients:
3/4 c. Cocc-Cola (not diet)
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
5 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. maraschino cherry juice

Directions:
Allow Coca-Cola to go flat, till not fizzing. Cream butter , sugar and eggs. Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Combine Coca-Cola, sour cream and cherry juice. In thirds, alternately add the flour mixture and sour cream mixture to the butter-sugar- egg mixture. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan or tube pan. Bake at 325 for about 1 1/4 hours, or until cake tests done.
