Scrambled Eggs with Crabmeat
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 c. crabmeat, coarsely flaked
2 medium size green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Salt
1 Tbs. oil

Directions:
Beat eggs to blend in a medium bowl. Mix in crabmeat, onions,pepper and salt. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium-low heat. Add egg mixture and whisk slowly until cooked to desired doneness. Turn out onto platter.
