Chocolate Sour Cream Cake
Ingredients:
1 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter, softened
2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13x9" pan. In large mixer bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Blend in butter, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed.Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Frost with your favorite frosting.
